Alebrijes are brightly colored Mexican sculptures of fantastical creatures hand carved and hand painted by the people of OAXACA.
In Oaxaca, Mexico it is believed that every person has a spirit guide, protectors and mischief guide which they call ALEBRIJES which means "imaginary" or "fantasy".
These Alebrijes are hand carved and painted with exceptional paint schemes. Great for gifts, display and any occasion. Alebrijes are traditionally use for ofrendas "offerings" on el Dia de Los Muertos "Day of the Dead".
We strive to continue to bring a little of tradition, believes and culture of Mexico with our handmade imported products.

It’s been 16 days and USPS tracking system shows that my package is still at the Canoga Park location. Notified seller but no follow up. It’s not like it’s going across the country. I’m 100 miles south.
